This fourteenth issue of the QC-OSA newsletter covers events which have occurred from mid-2007 to the present time. As we go to press we are looking forward to holding elections for our new executive committee for the coming term.
It must be well known that for some time now QC-OSA has been straining every sinew to recruit interest in and further promote the work of the association.
